Private class fees:
In your home: 300nis/$90 (additional travel fee outside of Jerusalem)
In my home (Arnona): 250nis/$75
Over zoom: 200nis/$60
The need to reschedule or cancellations are understandable! Please reschedule/cancel 24 hours before the scheduled class. Of course, emergency needs will come up, and we will manage them with grace.
If desired, sessions can include an ongoing and updated google doc with potential home practices.
Feel free to use your own yoga supplies, or I will bring what’s needed for class.
Dress comfortably for movement.
Sharing your practice with a friend or friends is very fun, and great motivation to get on the mat. Your class is for up to six students, with each student after that, an additional 50 nis. Let’s set a time that works for you and your friends!
During our time together, in recognition of each student’s needs, I will treat you, your body, mind, and heart with the utmost care and respect. For the first session, and as needed in future sessions, we’ll take time to discuss any physical needs and goals you might have. I’ll integrate the information and advice of your healthcare provider into our practice. Good communication about past injuries, as well as how you feel during and after the session, allows me to guide you with greater sensitivity. This is ideal for students working towards healing injuries, and those who want to progress into more advanced poses.
