工作原理

機械沖床通過電動機驅動飛輪,再經過離合器、傳動機構(如齒輪、曲軸等)將旋轉運動轉化為滑塊的往復直線運動,使安裝在滑塊上的沖頭與固定在工作臺上的模具配合,對放置在模具間的板材或坯料施加壓力,實現沖孔、落料、彎曲、拉伸等各種沖壓工藝。

結構組成

  • 機身:通常采用鑄造或焊接結構,是沖床的基礎支撐部分,承受沖床工作時的各種力。

  • 傳動系統:包括電動機、飛輪、離合器、制動器、齒輪、曲軸等部件,負責將動力從電動機傳遞到滑塊,并將旋轉運動轉換為直線運動。

  • 滑塊部件:主要由滑塊、導軌、連桿等組成,滑塊沿著導軌上下運動,連桿連接曲軸和滑塊,使滑塊實現往復運動,沖頭安裝在滑塊上。

  • 工作臺:用于安裝模具和放置待加工工件,通常具有一定的尺寸和承載能力,以適應不同類型和尺寸的模具及工件。

分類

  • 按驅動方式可分為機械傳動沖床和液壓傳動沖床。

Working Principle

A mechanical punch press drives a flywheel through an electric motor. Then, through components such as a clutch and a transmission mechanism (such as gears and a crankshaft), it converts the rotational motion into the reciprocating linear motion of the slider. This enables the punch installed on the slider to cooperate with the die fixed on the worktable, applying pressure to the sheet metal or blank placed between the dies, and realizing various stamping processes such as punching, blanking, bending, and stretching.

Structural Composition

  • Machine Body: It usually adopts a casting or welding structure and is the basic supporting part of the punch press, bearing various forces during the operation of the punch press.

  • Transmission System: It includes components such as an electric motor, a flywheel, a clutch, a brake, gears, and a crankshaft, which are responsible for transmitting power from the electric motor to the slider and converting the rotational motion into linear motion.

  • Slider Component: It is mainly composed of a slider, guide rails, a connecting rod, etc. The slider moves up and down along the guide rails, and the connecting rod connects the crankshaft and the slider to make the slider move reciprocally. The punch is installed on the slider.

  • Worktable: It is used for installing dies and placing workpieces to be processed. It usually has a certain size and bearing capacity to adapt to different types and sizes of dies and workpieces.

  • Control System: It includes operation components such as buttons, handles, and foot pedals, which are used to control the start, stop, and slider stroke of the punch press. It may also include some safety protection devices, such as photoelectric protection devices and two-hand operation buttons, to prevent accidents to operators.

Application Fields

  • Automobile Manufacturing: It is used for stamping automobile body parts, such as car doors, engine hoods, fenders, etc.

Classification

  • According to the driving method, it can be divided into mechanically driven punch presses and hydraulically driven punch presses.

  • According to the machine body structure, it can be divided into open-type punch presses (the machine body is in the shape of a "C", with three sides open, which is convenient for operation but has poor rigidity) and closed-type punch presses (the machine body is in the shape of a frame, with good rigidity, suitable for large stamping parts and high-precision stamping).

  • According to the number of sliders, it can be divided into single-action punch presses and double-action punch presses. The double-action punch press has an inner and an outer slider, which can realize complex stamping processes.

The machine body of this series of presses adopts a tiltable casting structure. When tilted, it is convenient for stamped parts or waste materials to slide off the die. It uses a rigid rotary key clutch and has single-stroke and continuous operation specifications. A belt brake is employed, and the slider is equipped with a collapsing-type safety device. When overloaded, the safety device will be collapsed, thus ensuring that the entire machine is not damaged. This machine has the advantages of strong versatility, high precision, reliable performance, and ease of operation. Equipped with an automatic feeding device, it can achieve semi-automatic stamping operations
