氣動快速沖床工作原理:

氣動快速沖床的工作原理與一般氣動沖床類似,但在速度和效率方面有更突出的表現(xiàn),主要包括以下幾個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié):


  1. 氣源供應(yīng):通過空氣壓縮機將空氣壓縮,使其成為具有較高壓力的壓縮空氣,并將其儲存于儲氣罐中,為沖床工作提供穩(wěn)定的氣源。儲氣罐的作用是確保在沖床連續(xù)工作時,能夠持續(xù)供應(yīng)足夠的壓縮空氣,以維持沖床的動力需求。

  2. 氣路控制:當(dāng)沖床啟動按鈕被按下后,電氣控制系統(tǒng)會發(fā)出信號,打開相應(yīng)的電磁氣閥。壓縮空氣在氣路中按照設(shè)定的路徑流動,首先經(jīng)過調(diào)壓閥,調(diào)壓閥可根據(jù)工藝要求調(diào)整壓縮空氣的壓力,確保沖床以合適的壓力進(jìn)行沖壓工作。然后,壓縮空氣進(jìn)入快速排氣閥,快速排氣閥能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)壓縮空氣的快速充入和排出,這是實現(xiàn)沖床快速動作的關(guān)鍵部件之一。

  5. 回程復(fù)位:沖壓完成后,電磁氣閥切換氣路,使壓縮空氣以相反的方向進(jìn)入氣缸,推動活塞帶動沖頭向上回程。沖頭回到初始位置后,等待下一次沖壓指令,如此循環(huán)往復(fù),實現(xiàn)連續(xù)的沖壓加工。此外,一些氣動快速沖床還配備了緩沖裝置,在沖頭回程接近終點時,對其進(jìn)行緩沖減速,減少沖擊和振動,提高沖床的穩(wěn)定性和使用壽命。

Air source supply: The air is compressed by an air compressor to become compressed air with relatively high pressure, which is then stored in an air storage tank to provide a stable air source for the operation of the punch press. The function of the air storage tank is to ensure that when the punch press works continuously, it can continuously supply sufficient compressed air to maintain the power demand of the punch press.

  2. Pneumatic circuit control: When the start button of the punch press is pressed, the electrical control system will send a signal to open the corresponding solenoid air valve. The compressed air flows in the pneumatic circuit according to the set path. First, it passes through a pressure regulating valve, which can adjust the pressure of the compressed air according to the process requirements to ensure that the punch press works with an appropriate pressure for stamping. Then, the compressed air enters the quick exhaust valve, which can achieve the rapid charging and discharging of the compressed air. This is one of the key components for realizing the rapid action of the punch press.

  3. Power conversion: The compressed air controlled by the pneumatic circuit enters the cylinder and pushes the piston in the cylinder to move. The piston is connected to the transmission mechanisms such as the connecting rod and the crankshaft, converting the pressure energy of the compressed air into mechanical energy. In this process, the rotational motion of the crankshaft is converted into the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the punch head through the connecting rod. Due to the specially designed transmission mechanism and the efficient cylinder, the pneumatic high-speed punch press can achieve the rapid lifting of the punch head and improve the stamping efficiency.

  4. Stamping processing: When the punch head moves downward rapidly, it uses the die installed at its end to perform stamping processing on the workpiece placed on the worktable. The shape and size of the die are designed according to specific stamping process requirements, and various processing procedures such as punching, blanking, and forming can be completed. During the stamping process, the speed and pressure of the punch head can be precisely controlled to ensure the processing quality and accuracy.

  5. Return and reset: After the stamping is completed, the solenoid air valve switches the pneumatic circuit, allowing the compressed air to enter the cylinder in the opposite direction, pushing the piston to drive the punch head to return upward. After the punch head returns to its initial position, it waits for the next stamping instruction. In this way, the cycle repeats to achieve continuous stamping processing. In addition, some pneumatic high-speed punch presses are also equipped with a buffer device. When the punch head approaches the end point during the return process, it is buffered and decelerated to reduce impact and vibration, and improve the stability and service life of the punch press.
