數(shù)控?cái)[式剪板機(jī)的工作原理是利用擺式結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)板材的剪切,具體如下:


  • 動(dòng)力傳遞:數(shù)控?cái)[式剪板機(jī)通常由電機(jī)提供動(dòng)力,通過(guò)皮帶、齒輪或聯(lián)軸器等傳動(dòng)裝置將動(dòng)力傳遞給液壓系統(tǒng)或機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。液壓系統(tǒng)將機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓能,通過(guò)液壓油的壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓缸運(yùn)動(dòng);機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)則直接將電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為刀片的擺動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。

  • 刀片擺動(dòng):上刀片安裝在一個(gè)可擺動(dòng)的刀架上,刀架通過(guò)銷軸與機(jī)體相連,形成一個(gè)擺動(dòng)副。當(dāng)液壓缸或機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)刀架時(shí),上刀片繞著銷軸做擺動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。下刀片固定在工作臺(tái)上,與上刀片相對(duì)布置。在剪切過(guò)程中,上刀片與下刀片之間形成一個(gè)楔形的剪切區(qū)域。

  • 板材定位與夾緊:在剪切之前,需要將待剪切的板材放置在工作臺(tái)上,并通過(guò)定位裝置進(jìn)行精確定位。定位裝置通常包括擋料板、定位銷等,可根據(jù)板材的尺寸和剪切要求進(jìn)行調(diào)整。然后,通過(guò)夾緊裝置將板材固定在工作臺(tái)上,防止在剪切過(guò)程中板材發(fā)生移動(dòng)或晃動(dòng)。夾緊裝置一般采用液壓或機(jī)械夾緊方式,能夠提供足夠的夾緊力,保證剪切精度。

  • 剪切過(guò)程:當(dāng)板材定位和夾緊完成后,控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令,驅(qū)動(dòng)上刀片向下擺動(dòng),與下刀片閉合,對(duì)板材進(jìn)行剪切。在剪切過(guò)程中,上刀片的刃口與板材表面接觸,產(chǎn)生剪切力,使板材沿著剪切線分離。由于上刀片的擺動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng),刀片與板材之間的摩擦力較小,能夠減少板材的變形和損傷。同時(shí),擺式結(jié)構(gòu)使得刀片在剪切時(shí)的受力較為均勻,有利于提高刀片的使用壽命。

  • 間隙調(diào)整:數(shù)控?cái)[式剪板機(jī)具有自動(dòng)間隙調(diào)整功能,能夠根據(jù)板材的厚度和材質(zhì)自動(dòng)調(diào)整上刀片與下刀片之間的間隙。這是通過(guò)安裝在刀架上的間隙調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。在剪切不同厚度的板材時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)會(huì)根據(jù)預(yù)設(shè)的參數(shù)自動(dòng)調(diào)整間隙,以保證剪切質(zhì)量。合適的刀片間隙可以使剪切力均勻分布在刀片刃口上,避免因間隙過(guò)大或過(guò)小導(dǎo)致的剪切面不平整、毛刺過(guò)大等問(wèn)題

The working principle of a CNC pendulum shearing machine is to utilize its pendulum structure to achieve the shearing of sheet metal. The specific process is as follows:


  • Power Transmission: A CNC pendulum shearing machine is usually powered by an electric motor. The power is transmitted to the hydraulic system or the mechanical transmission mechanism through transmission devices such as belts, gears, or couplings. The hydraulic system converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and drives the hydraulic cylinder to move through the pressure of the hydraulic oil. The mechanical transmission mechanism directly converts the rotational motion of the electric motor into the swinging motion of the blades.
  • Blade Swinging: The upper blade is installed on a swingable tool holder, and the tool holder is connected to the machine body through a pin shaft to form a swinging pair. When the hydraulic cylinder or the mechanical transmission mechanism drives the tool holder, the upper blade swings around the pin shaft. The lower blade is fixed on the worktable and is arranged opposite to the upper blade. During the shearing process, a wedge-shaped shearing area is formed between the upper and lower blades.
  • Sheet Metal Positioning and Clamping: Before shearing, the sheet metal to be sheared needs to be placed on the worktable and accurately positioned through the positioning device. The positioning device usually includes a backgauge, positioning pins, etc., which can be adjusted according to the size of the sheet metal and the shearing requirements. Then, the sheet metal is fixed on the worktable by the clamping device to prevent it from moving or shaking during the shearing process. The clamping device generally adopts a hydraulic or mechanical clamping method, which can provide sufficient clamping force to ensure the shearing accuracy.
  • Shearing Process: After the sheet metal is positioned and clamped, the control system issues an instruction to drive the upper blade to swing downward and close with the lower blade to shear the sheet metal. During the shearing process, the cutting edge of the upper blade contacts the surface of the sheet metal, generating a shearing force that separates the sheet metal along the shearing line. Due to the swinging motion of the upper blade, the friction between the blade and the sheet metal is relatively small, which can reduce the deformation and damage of the sheet metal. At the same time, the pendulum structure makes the force on the blade more evenly distributed during shearing, which is beneficial to improving the service life of the blade.
  • Clearance Adjustment: A CNC pendulum shearing machine has an automatic clearance adjustment function, which can automatically adjust the clearance between the upper and lower blades according to the thickness and material of the sheet metal. This is achieved through the clearance adjustment mechanism installed on the tool holder. When shearing sheet metal of different thicknesses, the control system will automatically adjust the clearance according to the preset parameters to ensure the shearing quality. An appropriate blade clearance can make the shearing force evenly distributed on the cutting edge of the blade, avoiding problems such as an uneven shearing surface and excessive burrs caused by an excessively large or small clearance

  1. It is the second-generation hydraulic shearing machine. Equipped with the E21S or MD11-1 numerical control system, it can automatically operate the stroke size of the rear stop gauge. Controlled by the numerical control system, it features high shearing accuracy and a small shearing angle.

  2. The frame and the tool holder adopt an integral welded structure. After stress relief by vibration, it has good precision retention.

  3. It adopts an advanced integrated hydraulic system, which ensures high reliability.

  4. It uses a three-point supported rolling guide rail, eliminating the support clearance and improving the shearing quality.

  5. The handwheel adjustment of the blade clearance is rapid, accurate and convenient.

  6. The upper blade is designed with a beveled edge, making the shearing angle sharper. All four cutting edges of the lower blade can be used, which extends its service life.

  7. The upper tool holder adopts an inward-inclined structure, which is convenient for blanking and improves the manufacturing precision.

  8. It has the function of segmented shearing.

  9. The rear stop gauge is controlled by the E21S or MD11-1 numerical control system
