Working Principle:
It uses a fiber laser to generate a laser beam with a high energy density, which irradiates the surface of the workpiece, making the workpiece melt or vaporize instantly. At the same time, the precise movement trajectory of the laser head is controlled by the numerical control system to achieve high-precision cutting of the workpiece.
Structural Composition
1、 Double-exchange Workbench: It consists of two workbenches that can be used alternately. When one workbench is cutting, the other workbench can simultaneously perform loading and unloading operations, which greatly saves the loading and unloading time and improves production efficiency.
2、 Laser Cutting Head: The laser is transmitted to the cutting head through the optical fiber. The optical components in the cutting head focus the laser beam on the surface of the workpiece to achieve high-precision cutting. Some cutting heads also have an automatic zoom function, which can automatically adjust the focal length according to the cutting material and thickness.
3、 Numerical Control System: It is a full-featured numerical control system. Various cutting functions can be conveniently switched through the human-machine interface. It has a built-in laser cutting process parameter library to achieve precise control of the cutting process.
