一、激光手持焊是一種利用激光束進(jìn)行焊接的技術(shù),其工作原理如下:
激光產(chǎn)生
激光手持焊設(shè)備中的激光發(fā)生器通過激勵源(如脈沖氙燈、半導(dǎo)體激光器等)向增益介質(zhì)(如釹玻璃、YAG晶體、光纖等)輸入能量,使增益介質(zhì)中的粒子實(shí)現(xiàn)能級躍遷,形成粒子數(shù)反轉(zhuǎn)分布,從而產(chǎn)生受激輻射,輸出高能量密度、高方向性、單色性好的激光束。
激光傳輸
產(chǎn)生的激光束通過光纖等傳輸介質(zhì)傳導(dǎo)至手持焊接頭。光纖具有良好的柔韌性和低損耗特性,可將激光高效地傳輸?shù)胶附硬课?,同時方便操作人員靈活移動手持焊接頭進(jìn)行焊接作業(yè)。
激光聚焦與作用。
在手持焊接頭中,激光束通過聚焦透鏡等光學(xué)元件進(jìn)行聚焦,使激光束在焊件表面形成一個極小的光斑,從而提高激光的能量密度。當(dāng)聚焦后的激光束照射到焊件表面時,激光的能量被焊件材料吸收,使焊件表面迅速熔化甚至汽化,形成一個匙孔。隨著激光束沿著焊接方向移動,匙孔也隨之移動,周圍的液態(tài)金屬會不斷填充匙孔后方的空間,冷卻凝固后就形成了焊縫,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接連接。

Laser Generation
In the handheld laser welding equipment, the laser generator inputs energy to the gain medium (such as neodymium glass, YAG crystal, optical fiber, etc.) through an excitation source (such as a pulsed xenon lamp, semiconductor laser, etc.), causing the particles in the gain medium to undergo energy level transitions and form a population inversion distribution. As a result, stimulated radiation is generated, and a laser beam with high energy density, high directivity, and good monochromaticity is output.
Laser Transmission
The generated laser beam is conducted to the handheld welding torch through a transmission medium such as an optical fiber. The optical fiber has good flexibility and low loss characteristics, which can efficiently transmit the laser to the welding position. At the same time, it is convenient for the operator to flexibly move the handheld welding torch for welding operations.
Laser Focusing and Action
In the handheld welding torch, the laser beam is focused through optical components such as a focusing lens, making the laser beam form a very small spot on the surface of the welded part, thereby increasing the energy density of the laser. When the focused laser beam irradiates the surface of the welded part, the energy of the laser is absorbed by the material of the welded part, causing the surface of the welded part to melt rapidly or even vaporize, forming a keyhole. As the laser beam moves along the welding direction, the keyhole also moves accordingly. The surrounding liquid metal will continuously fill the space behind the keyhole. After cooling and solidification, a weld seam is formed, thus achieving the welding connection.
