Advanced hydraulic control system: The hydraulic control uses an integrated cartridge valve system, which has the advantages of reliable action, long service life and small hydraulic shock. At the same time, it reduces the connecting pipelines and leakage points, improves the stability and reliability of the system, and reduces the maintenance cost.
Independent electrical control system: Equipped with an independent electrical control system, which is reliable in operation, intuitive in action and convenient for maintenance. Controlled centrally by buttons, it has operation modes such as adjustment and semi-automatic, which is convenient for operators to flexibly set and operate according to different process requirements.
Flexible process adjustment function: It can select through the operation panel to achieve two forming processes of fixed stroke and fixed pressure, and has functions such as pressure maintaining and time delay. The working pressure of the slider, and the stroke range of no-load fast downward movement and slow working feed can be adjusted within the specified range according to process needs, improving the versatility and adaptability of the equipment.
Good safety performance: A variety of safety protection devices are set up, such as an emergency stop button, which will immediately stop the press when pressed; upper and lower limit switches are set at the upper and lower limits of the slider to prevent the slider from exceeding the stroke range; a hydraulic support and insurance circuit is set in the lower cavity of the piston-type oil cylinder, and a safety relief valve is set in the hydraulic system to ensure that the press will not be damaged due to overload operation. In addition, double-hand operation buttons are equipped to avoid potential safety hazards during single-person operation.
Wide applicability: It is suitable for a variety of stamping processes such as stretching, punching (punching buffer device needs to be selected), bending, flanging and cold extrusion of metal materials. It can also be used for calibration, press fitting, compression molding of powder products and abrasive products, as well as compression molding of plastic products and insulating materials, and can meet the processing needs of different industries and different products。
